Our Process

The same steps on every job, from one cracked vent boot to a storm-damaged slope.

You call
Describe what you are seeing: a stain on a ceiling, water dripping, shingles in the yard after a storm. If water is coming in right now, say so, and the first visit is set up to stop it.
A local roofer inspects
The roofer checks the roof and the attic. Water travels along rafters and insulation, so the stain on your ceiling is rarely under the hole; the inspection follows the water back to where it gets in.
You see what they found
Every problem is photographed, so you can see the damage yourself instead of taking it on trust.
A written price
You get the scope and the price in writing before any work starts. If a repair will hold, that is what you are quoted; if the roof is beyond repair, you are told why and the repair option is still priced.
Permits, where needed
Most small repairs need no permit, but larger repairs and re-roofing usually do. The roofer checks with the permit office for your address first.
The repair and the clean-up
The work is done, nails and debris are cleared, and you get before-and-after photos for your records.
